Game Format:

• 30 minute games
• 2 x 11 minute halves
• 3 min half time
• Average of 3 games per team

• 4x4 Goals
• Speed Lacrosse format
• Timekeeping: Universal timekeeping
• Start/End: Air horn to signal the start and end of each half
• Faceoffs: Faceoff only at the start of each half
• Pass Rule: One attempted pass prior to taking a shot
• Play After a Goal: Grab and go
• Clear Rule: Free clear
• Referees: The home coach will referee the match
• No goalies
• No creases
• Standard NOSCAE lacrosse balls (no soft lacrosse balls)
• Teams should help bring 6 balls each to help games continue running quickly

For Families & Spectators:

• Tents and music are encouraged.
• Food & non alcoholic beverages are also allowed
